Chemically etched magnesium plates

At Park Graphics we have over 50 years of experience in manufacturing hotfoil and embossing dies. The thickness of metals we produce varies - supplying the following plates: 16g (1.63mm), 8g (4mm), 5g (5mm) and 3g (6.35mm) in magnesium.

Please note that we are also suppliers of polymer plates.

We have an in house design studio which can provide artwork for your specific requirements using the very latest software available. Please note that you can supply your own artwork.

Artwork can be sent on a disc or emailed to us in the following, preferred formats: PDF, Illustrator or PDS

Where possible, we ask that all artwork submitted is created in outline. Please do not assume we have the same fonts on our system as yours.

Terms and Conditions

  • Placing of an order with Park Graphics Ltd indicates your acceptance of the Terms of Business stated herein.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for orders placed with us either verbally or with unclear / ambiguous instructions.
  • A written order or purchase order must be provided.
  • We take no resposibility for incorrect or faulty work if a clear order detailing exact specifications is not supplied.
  • We will take no responsibility or be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of incorrect dies being used by the customer.
  • The responsibility is with the customer to check that dies are correct before use.
  • Whilst every care will be taken with artwork / originals supplied by the customer, no liability is accepted should damage arise.
  • Orders are accepted on the understanding that the customer has obtained the legal right to produce the required work and that he/she indemnifies us from all liability in the event of any subsequent claim.
  • Any complaint must be made in writing, within 5 days of delivery date to Park Graphics Ltd. Claims made beyond this point will not be entertained.
  • Payment is strictly with order, unless credit terms agreed; maximum credit terms within 30 days.
  • Goods remain the property of Park Graphics Ltd until payment is made in full.
  • These conditions of business shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
