Please note that the following terms and conditions apply when placing an order with Park Graphics Ltd:

  • Placing of an order with Park Graphics Ltd indicates your acceptance of the Terms of Business stated herein.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for orders placed with us either verbally or with unclear / ambiguous instructions.
  • A written order or purchase order must be provided.
  • We take no resposibility for incorrect or faulty work if a clear order detailing exact specifications is not supplied.
  • We will take no responsibility or be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of incorrect dies being used by the customer.
  • The responsibility is with the customer to check that dies are correct before use.
  • Whilst every care will be taken with artwork / originals supplied by the customer, no liability is accepted should damage arise.
  • Orders are accepted on the understanding that the customer has obtained the legal right to produce the required work and that he/she indemnifies us from all liability in the event of any subsequent claim.
  • Any complaint must be made in writing, within 5 days of delivery date to Park Graphics Ltd. Claims made beyond this point will not be entertained.
  • Payment is strictly with order, unless credit terms agreed; maximum credit terms within 30 days.
  • Goods remain the property of Park Graphics Ltd until payment is made in full.
  • These conditions of business shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
